Ordering with us ensures you receive exclusive access to our upcoming collections. Please note that shipment for items typically takes about 1-4 weeks via DHL or USPS from the purchase date. While we strive to meet this timeline, there may be instances where unforeseen circumstances result in a delay of up to 1 week. 

 

It's important to know that all shipments are processed via DHL or USPS, a reliable courier service known for its efficiency and worldwide reach. In the rare event that your shipment is further delayed beyond this period and has not been received after a total of 4-5 weeks, we understand your concern. If such a situation arises, we will promptly process a refund for your order. 

 

International Shipping:
Besides USA, we also offer international shipping to Canada, UK, and Pakistan. Our aim is to provide seamless delivery to these locations, ensuring your order reaches you promptly and securely.

 

Tracking Your Delivery:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please use this tracking number to monitor your package through the shipping company's tracking methods. This will provide you with real-time updates on the status and location of your shipment.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • For all orders under $100: We charge a flat rate of $15 USD

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at orders@ayzall.com. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped depending on the carrier, it can take up to 4 weeks to receive your orders.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address.

Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
